PINK FOR A PURPOSE

This October, in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Maxwell School is proud to join forces with the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (Spanish Association Against Cancer) to raise awareness, inspire compassion and support those affected by cancer.

Every year, more than 35,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed in Spain. Behind every diagnosis is a person, a family and a story. The impact of cancer extends far beyond medical treatment, affecting emotional wellbeing, relationships and everyday life.

The Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer works to make a difference through vital cancer research, psychological and social support, healthcare guidance and compassionate care for patients and their families.

At Maxwell School, we believe education goes beyond the classroom. Teaching our students the importance of kindness, empathy and helping others is at the heart of our community.

Through our Pink for a Purpose fundraising challenge, we invite our families, teachers, students and friends to come together in support of this important cause.

Every contribution, no matter how small, helps the Association continue its wider work in cancer research and supporting those who need it most.
